CEO & Managing DirectorIsrat brings over 30 years of experience in corporate and investment banking, with a distinguished track record across regional and international financial institutions.
She has held senior leadership roles at ANZ, American Express Bank, and HSBC Middle East, where she specialised in corporate finance, structured lending, debt restructuring, and profitability enhancement initiatives.
Her executive experience includes serving as Chief Executive Officer of Renata Agro and the Canadian government-backed fund LEIC, where she led strategic growth, financial optimisation, and operational restructuring initiatives over a six-year tenure.
In addition to her corporate leadership background, Israt actively contributes to the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Qatar as a startup coach and consultant with Qatar Development Bank and Qatar Business Incubation Centre.
As a founding partner of Richmond Consultants and Services LLC, she provides strategic oversight across capital advisory, restructuring mandates, and private market engagements.
Yusuf Saeed
Co-Managing DirectorYusuf brings over 32 years of experience in global financial markets, with deep expertise in structured finance, credit solutions, and corporate banking across multiple jurisdictions.
He previously served as Global Head of Structured Finance at Qatar National Bank, where he managed structured finance operations across 26 countries over a 16-year tenure. His leadership spanned complex cross-border transactions, credit structuring, and large-scale financing mandates.
Earlier in his career, Yusuf held senior roles in structured and corporate banking at Citi, ANZ, and Standard Chartered, advising institutional clients on capital structuring and credit optimisation.
He has also led strategic transformation initiatives at major Bangladeshi banks, including Eastern Bank and The City Bank, strengthening operational performance and structured lending capabilities.
At Richmond, Yusuf oversees capital advisory, structured finance mandates, and private market engagements.
Sanjay Motwani
Trade ConsultantSanjay is a trade finance consultant with over 15 years of experience in business banking and trade finance.
He held leadership positions as RM & Credit Officer at Habib Bank, serving in Sri Lanka, UAE, and Bahrain; AVP – Business Banking at Mashreq Bank, Qatar; and Business Director at Railaks International, Sri Lanka.
He also served as Manager at Nimal Management Consultants, specialising in trade and UPAS finance.
Farhan Adel

He held key leadership roles at Standard Chartered and Prime Bank, driving strategic banking initiatives.
He has extensive experience in FMCG, having worked at British American Tobacco in senior positions.
Farhan also led operations in the RMG sector, holding leadership roles and overseeing export-related activities.
